  • Why do I need a personal trainer?
    Because trying to figure it all out on your own can be frustrating. I help take the pressure off — I watch your technique, make sure you’re doing things safely and effectively, and create a plan that’s built specifically for you. You also get someone in your corner to keep you accountable, encourage you when motivation dips, and be there when you have questions or need support. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up, you’ll always know exactly what to do, how to do it, and why it matters.
  • What can I expect at my first visit?
    Your first visit is a free consultation — no workout, no pressure. It’s just a chance for us to talk. I’ll ask about your health history, fitness background, and what you’re hoping to achieve. We’ll go over your goals and figure out the best plan to help you get there. If needed, we may look at a few basic movements or exercises to better understand how your body moves — nothing intense, just enough to help us create the right plan for you.
  • How often should I meet with you?
    Most people will train with me 1 to 3 times per week, and meeting more often can really speed up your progress especially in the beginning. It gives us more time to dial in your technique, stay consistent, and build real momentum. That said, I’m flexible and will work with your schedule to find what fits best for your lifestyle and goals.
  • What if i have never picked up a weight before?
    That’s absolutely fine! I love working with all fitness levels. Whether you’re brand new to exercise or have lifted for years, I’ll meet you where you are and guide you step by step. My private setting is perfect for learning because you get my full attention, no crowds, and no pressure — just support, good coaching, and a plan built just for you.
  • Can I bring a friend to train with me?
    Of course! I offer a discounted rate if two people train at the same time. You and your friend might be doing different exercises based on your individual goals, but you’ll both get personalized attention in a private setting.
